Welcome to the Cash for Caulkers Blog!  As you may have heard, the Obama administration is currently evaluating options for a program called “Cash for Caulkers” or “Homestar”.  Cash for Caulkers is a government program proposed in 2009 to improve the energy efficiency of homes throughout the United States.  The purpose of this blog is to keep readers up to date with information on developments of the Cash for Caulkers program.
