I only purchased $1500 for new new doors and windows because there was going to be a rebate. I also purchased a refrigerator becaue I received a rebate. I am not going through with plans to put new insulation in my attic or purchase a new air conditioner and furnace. because the government didn' t pass the silver star and gold star plan. I canceled my order for a cool roof shingles last year because the senate didn;t pass the retrofit homestar bill.
