So this is just another government program with no teeth. Looks like you can use a gov’t designed program to Score a home. Can anybody shed anymore light on this for me.

There apparently was a pilot program in a few cities for Cash for Caulkers – does any one know if anyone in the pilot program got subsidized for improving insulation/energy efficiency?
