Senate to Address Energy Legislation in September

The Senate is currently on recess and is scheduled to return on September 10th.  Upon their return it is expected that they will address legislation on energy, small business, and appropriations bills.  The energy legislation should include discussion of the proposed Homestar, or “Cash for Caulkers”, program that the House passed earlier this year.
